About SelectDesk

SelectDesk is a photo selection support tool for macOS.

It is designed to help photographers arrange and compare candidate images to support their own final decisions.

SelectDesk does not guarantee the quality of photographs or the outcome of any selection process.

All final decisions remain with the user. SelectDesk is a tool to support that judgment, not replace it.

SelectDesk is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for any data loss, accidental operation, or damages — direct or indirect — arising from the use or inability to use SelectDesk.

We do not guarantee future updates, bug fixes, continued availability of the application, or compatibility with any specific version of macOS.

All intellectual property rights in SelectDesk — including but not limited to software, design, and written content — belong to the operator.

Rights to photographs and other content handled by the user within the application belong to the user or their rightful owner.

The operator does not acquire or use any rights to the user's photographs or other content.

SelectDesk may be used for both personal and commercial purposes.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.

You may not use SelectDesk in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

SelectDesk is free to download; certain features are unlocked via a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase (Pro Unlock). There is no subscription.

SelectDesk is distributed through the Apple App Store.

All purchases, billing, and refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms and Conditions.

The operator does not have access to users' payment information and cannot directly process or issue refunds.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

We may update these terms from time to time.

Continued use of SelectDesk after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
